SYNNEX Information Technologies, Inc. Changes Name to SYNNEX Corporation
FREMONT, CA — November 13, 2003— SYNNEX Information Technologies, Inc., a global information technology (IT) supply chain services company, announced that effective immediately, the company has changed its legal name to SYNNEX Corporation. Concurrent with the name change, the company has reincorporated in the state of Delaware.
