Kevin Murai
President and Chief Executive Officer
Kevin Murai

Mr. Murai joined SYNNEX in March 2008 and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a seasoned executive, Mr. Murai has more than 20 years of distribution channel experience with focused expertise in global management, operations, information technology and customer relationships. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Murai was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro. During his nineteen-year tenure at Ingram Micro, he held a series of senior management positions in all aspects of the Company's operations and was responsible for the integration of Ingram Micro's former U.S. and Canadian regions as a single management team. Mr. Murai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario.

Peter Larocque
President, U.S. Distribution
Peter Larocque

Mr. Larocque has held a variety of sales positions since joining SYNNEX in 1983. In 1993, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales, and became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1994. In 2001 he was promoted to Executive Vice President, Distribution responsible for product management of SYNNEX' branded systems division. In 2006 he was promoted to President of U.S. Distribution. For the past several years, Mr. Larocque has also been responsible for product management of SYNNEX' branded products, including the Communications, Networking and Peripheral product divisions. Mr. Larocque received a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, Canada in 1983.

Dennis Polk
Chief Operating Officer
Dennis Polk

Dennis. Polk joined SYNNEX in 2002 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and in the same year became Chief Financial Officer.  In 2006, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer; and in February 2012, he was appointed as a member of our Board of Directors.  Before joining SYNNEX, Mr. Polk held executive positions at DoveBid Inc., a capital asset disposition services firm and Savoir Technology Group, Inc., a computer systems distributor and contract manufacturer.  Mr. Polk started his career at Grant Thornton LLP, where he exited as an Audit Manager.  A graduate of Santa Clara University, Mr. Polk received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Marshall Witt
Chief Financial Officer
Marshall Witt

Marshall Witt joined SYNNEX in April 2013 as the Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Witt was Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller with FedEx Freight. During his fifteen-year tenure with FedEx Corporation, Mr. Witt held progressive financial and operational roles. Prior to FedEx, he held accounting and finance leadership positions including five years with KPMG LLP as an audit manager for banking and transportation clients. Mr. Witt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University, a Masters in Accounting from Seattle University and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

Simon Leung
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Simon Leung

Mr. Leung serves as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and has served in this capacity since May 2001. Mr. Leung joined SYNNEX in November 2000 as Corporate Counsel. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Leung was an attorney at the law firm of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP. Mr. Leung received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Christopher Caldwell
President, Concentrix Corporation
Christopher Caldwell

Mr. Caldwell currently serves as the President of Concentrix Corporation. As the global business process outsourcing division of SYNNEX, Concentrix enhances service delivery capability with award-winning expertise in providing clients with platforms and services to support the customer lifecycle. Mr. Caldwell joined EMJ Data Systems Ltd. in 2003 and ultimately joined SYNNEX in 2004 when the Company acquired EMJ Data Systems. His roles expanded over time to include Corporate Development, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Business Services, Concentrix. He has received numerous awards and recognition for his entrepreneurial approach to business.

Scott Barker
Senior Vice President, Sales
Scott Barker

Mr. Barker joined SYNNEX in January 2010 as Senior Vice President, Sales, responsible for the Wide Format solutions business. Mr. Barker has over twenty-eight years of experience in the graphics, printing, and distribution industry. Mr. Barker has founded a number of companies that have played a significant role in the development of the channels of distribution in the U.S., including BSA Sales, Computer Graphics Technology, and Tekgraf Corporation. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Barker worked for Xerox Corporation and Apple Computer. Mr. Barker has a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Georgia.

Peter Coleman
Senior Vice President of HP Enterprise Technology Solutions
Peter Coleman

Mr. Coleman joined SYNNEX Corporation in December of 2009 and serves as Senior Vice President of HP Enterprise Technology Solutions. Before joining SYNNEX, Mr. Coleman most recently served as Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Committee at Agilysys, Inc. During his tenure, he was Executive Vice President of the approximately $600 million Technology Solutions Group Division where he was responsible for the P&L, development of the strategic direction and day-to-day operations. Prior to that, Mr. Coleman was President of the Agilysys Keylink Systems Group enterprise computer distribution operating division.

David Dennis
Senior Vice President HP, Product Management
David Dennis

Mr. Dennis currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management for HP product offerings. Previously, Mr. Dennis served as Vice President of Product Management for the HP product lines. He has held a variety of sales and product management positions for the company since 1994. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Dennis held the position of Manager of Sales Operations for Conner Peripherals where his customers included top tier distribution accounts. Mr. Dennis graduated from California State University, Chico, in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing.

Gary Gulmon
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Gary Gulmon

Mr. Gulmon joined SYNNEX in 1982. He has worked in various accounting, finance, and IS positions while successfully moving from manager to director and now, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Mr. Gulmon graduated from San Jose State University in 1984 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting with a minor in Math.

Stephen Ichinaga
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Systems
Stephen Ichinaga

Mr. Ichinaga joined SYNNEX in 1984 and has held a variety of Sales and Product Management positions within the company. In October, 1999, Mr. Ichinaga was promoted to Vice President of Business Development, focusing on manufacturing and outsourcing relationships and was promoted in 2001 to Senior Vice President, Systems Integration focusing on our System Builder and OEM customer segment. In 2006, Mr. Ichinaga was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Manager, System. Mr. Ichinaga manages the Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Design and Integration departments for this division. Mr. Ichinaga received a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California - Davis.

Steve Jow
Senior Vice President, Sales
Steve Jow

Mr. Jow currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and is responsible for distribution sales in the United States. Previously, Mr. Jow served as Vice President of Western U.S. Distribution Sales. Prior to his promotion to Vice President, Mr. Jow served as Associate VP of Distribution since Sept 1999. He has held various sales and management positions within the company, with a major emphasis on managing large format Direct Marketers, Retailers, and Outbound VARs. Mr. Jow joined SYNNEX in 1990. Prior to joining SYNNEX, Mr. Jow was in charge of purchasing and assets for a financial VAR in San Francisco, CA. He has a total of 17 years experience in the computer industry. Mr. Jow attended San Francisco State University.

Debra LaTourette
Senior Vice President, Human Resources North America
Debra LaTourette

Ms. LaTourette's career with SYNNEX began in July of 2004 when she joined SYNNEX as Vice President, Human Resources and she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources North America in December 2011. Prior to SYNNEX, she held a number of human resource management positions and she successfully merged the two competing HR organizations of Orchard Supply Hardware and Sears Hardware Stores with over 12,000 employees, where she was the Vice President of Human Resources. In addition to more than twenty years of HR management experience, Ms. LaTourette also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.

Mitchell Martin
President, SYNNEX Canada Ltd.
Mitchell Martin

In March 2009, Mitchell was appointed President, SYNNEX Canada Limited with full P & L responsibility for the Canadian Business. Prior to this, Mitchell served as President, Broadline Division for SYNNEX Canada. He joined Merisel Canada's Products department in 1989 where he was instrumental in moving many of the industry's largest suppliers to a two-tiered distribution system. In 1999, Mitchell became the Senior Vice President of Product and Inventory Management for Merisel Americas based in El Segundo, California. In 2000, Mitchell returned to Canada as President, Merisel Canada. Mitchell graduated from York University in Toronto with a Master's degree in Business Administration, with emphasis in the areas of product marketing and product management.

Yoshitake Matsumoto
President and Chief Executive Officer of SYNNEX Infotec Corporation (Infotec Japan)
Yoshitake Matsumoto

Mr. Matsumoto joined SYNNEX in August 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer of SYNNEX Infotec Corporation (Infotec Japan). Before joining SYNNEX, Mr. Matsumoto most recently served as Director, ES Alliance at Hewlett Packard (HP) Japan, LTD. After graduating with a degree in Business Administration from Yokohama City University, he began his career at HP as a systems engineer and he continued in sales and product development focusing throughout his career on Enterprise Storage and Servers in the Asia Pacific region.

Gary Palenbaum
Senior Vice President, Product Management
Gary Palenbaum

Mr. Palenbaum joined SYNNEX in 1999 and has held numerous positions with increasing responsibility during his tenure. In 2007, Mr. Palenbaum was promoted to Senior Vice President, Consumer Electronics. He is primarily responsible for cultivating and increasing SYNNEX' growing presence in CE distribution. With approximately 24 years of management experience and a comprehensive IT and CE industry knowledge base, Mr. Palenbaum is ideally suited for this role.

Tim Rush
Senior Vice President, Operations
Tim Rush

Mr. Rush served as Vice President of Operations since 1997 and was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Operations in 2001. He previously held positions as Vice President of Merisel FAB, Inc., Director of Procurement and Vendor Relations, and Director of Inventory Quality of Vanstar Corporation. From 1983 - 1994, Mr. Rush held various Sales Management positions at Infomax, Inc. Mr. Rush received a B.S. degree in Management and an A.S. degree in Computer Studies from Keene State College in 1983.

Robert Stegner
Senior Vice President, Marketing, North America
Robert Stegner

Mr. Stegner joined SYNNEX in September 2007 as Senior Vice President, Marketing, North America. He is responsible for all marketing efforts in the United States and Canada. With over 18 years of progressive channel marketing/sales management experience, Mr. Stegner is a seasoned professional whose marketing leadership has generated tremendous results throughout his career. Prior to joining SYNNEX, Mr. Stegner most recently served as Vice President of Worldwide Market Development for Ingram Micro Inc. Prior to that, at Ingram Micro, he was Vice President of North American Channel Marketing and U.S. Product Marketing, where he led the U.S. product marketing team in developing programs, goals and strategies. He was responsible for all channel programs focused on the small-to-medium business (SMB) and the Government/Education markets, as well as, reseller services.

Fred Towns
President, NAE
Fred Towns

Mr. Towns joined SYNNEX in March 2008. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of New Age Electronics, Inc. before its acquisition by SYNNEX Corporation. With an extensive background in consumer technology including digital photography, home theater and digital convergence, Mr. Towns was instrumental in expanding distribution partnerships with Kodak and Panasonic and signing additional contracts with such vendors such as Sharp and Samsung. He was responsible for sales, marketing and operations supporting distribution, logistics and product recovery. In addition, Mr. Towns was responsible for web-based training tools and e-commerce initiatives to better support vendors and retailers within the consumer technology channel. Prior to joining New Age, Mr. Towns was a senior vice president at Panasonic, where he progressed through the company in a series of senior management positions. Mr. Towns has creatively designed and implemented new channel strategies, including executing dealer agreements polices, converting small direct dealers to distribution partners and creating on-line programs for internal and external training.

T.J. Trojan
Senior Vice President, Product Management
T.J. Trojan

Mr. Trojan joined SYNNEX in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Product Management. With over 24 years of industry experience, Mr. Trojan is a seasoned operations executive with experience leading sales, customer service, product development and marketing organizations. During his tenure at NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc. and other NEC-affiliated companies, he held many positions ranging from Account Manager to, most recently, the President of NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc.

Mike Vaishnav
Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Treasurer
Mike Vaishnav

Mr. Vaishnav joined SYNNEX in 2005 as the Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller and was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2009. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Vaishnav most recently held multiple positions at eBay, Inc. as the Senior Director of Financial Integration and Worldwide Operations Controller. Prior to eBay, Mr. Vaishnav held various accounting and finance management positions within other Fortune 500 Companies. Mr. Vaishnav is a Certified Public Accountant in California with multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Business Administration and Accounting, a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Auditing, and a Diploma of Taxation from the M.S. University in India.

Michael P. Van Gieson
Senior Vice President, Product Management
Michael P. Van Gieson

Mr. Van Gieson joined SYNNEX in 1997 as Assistant Vice President of Product Marketing and was promoted to Vice President of Tier One Product Management in 1999. He is responsible for developing and aligning strategies for U.S. sales and value-added services and also is responsible for sales and marketing for SYNNEX' key vendor partners. Mr. Van Gieson received a B.S. degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University in 1979 and has held several executive positions in the distribution industry, including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Merchandising at Gates/Arrow Distribution and at Liuski International.
