Robert Huang
Chairman of the Board
Robert Huang founded our company in 1980 and served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director until December 2008. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Huang served as the Headquarters Sales Manager of Advanced Micro Devices, a semiconductor company. Mr. Huang received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kyushyu University, Japan, Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Statistics from the University of Rochester and a Master of Science degree in Management Science from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Kevin Murai
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Murai joined SYNNEX in March 2008 and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a seasoned executive, Mr. Murai has more than 20 years of distribution channel experience with focused expertise in global management, operations, information technology and customer relationships. Prior to SYNNEX, Mr. Murai was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ingram Micro. During his nineteen-year tenure at Ingram Micro, he held a series of senior management positions in all aspects of the Company's operations and was responsible for the integration of Ingram Micro's former U.S. and Canadian regions as a single management team. Mr. Murai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo in Ontario.

Matthew Miau
Director
Chairman Emeritus
Matthew Miau served as Chairman of the Board of Synnex Corporation and has been a Board member since 1992, as well as a non-executive employee since 2001. Mr. Miau is Chairman of the Board of MiTAC International Corporation, MiTAC Incorporated, UPC Technology Corp. and us. Mr. Miau is also the Chairman of Lien Hwa Industrial Corp and a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Information Industry in Taiwan. Mr. Miau received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Business degree from Santa Clara University, and an honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree in recognition of his profession success and endeavor in promoting the IT development of Taiwan from the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.

Fred Breidenbach
Director
Fred Breidenbach has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2003. Mr. Breidenbach has had his own consulting firm of FA Breidenbach & Associates, LLC since November 1997. Prior to that, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, an aviation company, from 1993 to 1997. Prior to joining Gulfstream, Mr. Breidenbach spent 25 years in various positions at General Electric Company, including five years as an officer of the General Electric Company and two years as President, GE Aerospace Asia Pacific, responsible for business development and Asian operations. Mr. Breidenbach currently serves on the board of directors of Suntron. Mr. Breidenbach received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University.

Greg Quesnel
Director
Greg Quesnel has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2005. Mr. Quesnel is a supply chain industry veteran with nearly three decades of experience in the transportation industry. He was the President and CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of CNF. from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CNF. He joined CNF in 1975 following several years of professional experience with major corporations in the petroleum and wood products industries. Mr. Quesnel is on the Board of Directors of Potlatch Corporation (NYSE: PCH). He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Oregon and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Portland.

Dwight Steffensen
Director
Dwight Steffensen has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2002. Mr. Steffensen served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merisel, Inc. from February 1996 until August 2000. Prior to joining Merisel, Mr. Steffensen served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Bergen Brunswig Corporation, a healthcare company. Prior to the merger of Bergen Brunswig Corporation and Synergex Corporation, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Synergex. Mr. Steffensen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Stanford University and is a certified public accountant.

James Van Horne
Director
James Van Horne has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2005. Mr. Van Horne joined the Stanford University Graduate School of Business faculty in 1965 after earning a doctorate degree from Northwestern University. He served as the Director of the MBA Program at Stanford University from 1970 to 1973 and then served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs from 1973 to 1975 and 1976 to 1980. He has authored five widely used textbooks, is a past president of the American Finance Association, and has served in the U.S. Treasury. He currently serves on several boards for both public and non- profit organizations.

Duane Zitzner
Director
Duane Zitzner has served as a member of our board of directors since May 2007. Mr. Zitzner has more than 30 years of management, technical and consumer technology experience with computer products and enterprise systems. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of the $23 billion Personal Systems Group at Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), leading the team responsible for the development and manufacturing of HP's business and consumer devices. Prior to the Personal Systems Group, Mr. Zitzner served as President of HP's Computing Systems organization with responsibility for computer products and enterprise systems. He has also held various management and technical positions in software and architecture at IBM.
